• Cargo Pickup – Containers only.
• Container Returns
• Container Unstuffing
• Container for Export
• General Inquiries
Port Users (Containers Only) must visit www.dispatch.anuport.com to request services.
The steps are as follows:
1. From the website above click “Submit a Ticket”
2. Select a service from the list.
3. Fill out the form completely, being careful to include the containers in the message area.
4. A representative from the dispatch unit will respond to your request within two (2) hours.
Please note without a Ticket ID, port users will not be allowed to pick up or drop off containers at the Port.
Effective Tuesday 1st October, 2019, the Dispatch Centre will no longer be assisting persons with the making of the booking at our premises. All bookings should be made online, in advance of the desired container pickup or return dates.
